1. The service

B2B Matchmaking provides an online platform that allows businesses to publish company profiles, business requirements and requests for quotation, and to be introduced to other businesses. We are not a party to any agreement concluded between members.

2. Accounts

You must be authorised to represent the company you register. You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile and for all activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that provide false information or misuse the platform.

3. Verification

Verification badges indicate that we reviewed certain documents and information at a point in time. They are not a guarantee of a member's solvency, performance or conduct. Always perform your own due diligence.

4. Acceptable use

No spam, unsolicited bulk messages, misleading content, prohibited goods, or scraping of the directory. Introduction requests must be genuine and relevant.

5. Paid plans

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically unless cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Plan features and limits are described on the pricing page.

6. Liability

The platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for transactions between members.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified to members by email.
