What we collect

Account data (name, email, job title, phone), company profile data you publish, messages exchanged on the platform, verification documents, usage data (e.g. profile views) and payment records. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store card numbers.

How we use it

To operate the directory and matching engine, deliver introductions and notifications, verify companies, prevent fraud, process payments and improve the service.

What others see

Your company profile is public. Contact details are shown only to paying members and to companies you are connected with. Messages are private between the connected companies. Verification documents are visible only to our verification team.

Retention & your rights

We keep data while your account is active and as required by law. You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.
